Motherhood Support Group offers a space where moms can connect, share experiences, and find support throughout their parenting journey. Whether you're a first time mom, navigating the challenges of having multiple children, or looking to connect in sharing both the joys and difficulties of motherhood, this group is for you. Each week will offer a facilitated, open discussion around a specific topic. Here are some examples of topics we might cover: self-care, boundaries, communication, managing stress, self-validation, parenting strategies, and mom guilt. Join *virtually* on Tuesdays from 12-1pm CST for support, connection, and solidarity.

This group is facilitated by Erica Karek, MSN, APNP, FNP-C, CPCC (EK Coaching & Wellness) and Andrea Sandora, LCSW (Two Pines Counseling).
